Bourbon Spices is the legacy of a family passion for vanilla that began in the 1940s. From our grandfather's pioneering vision in the Comoros Islands to the deep expertise developed by his grandson in 1990, our mastery of the craft has continuously grown, reaching a milestone of 60 tons sold in 1996.
In 2024, the new generation takes up the torch with ambition. Our team, combining the precious experience of our elders with the innovation of our younger members, explores new horizons in the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern countries, while diversifying our offering into vanilla-derived products.
